Grab Coffee and Cake at Jules
Jules is a stylish French-style café on a sunny corner, perfect for a relaxed coffee break. The bright, vintage-inspired space has a calm vibe in the mornings and a lively street view in the afternoons. They serve excellent coffee, offer a rotating selection of pastries, and also sell their own roasted coffee and thoughtfully designed merchandise.

Go to Bazaar at Winterfeldtplatz Market
Winterfeldtmarkt is one of Berlin's largest and most beloved weekly markets. Every Saturday, the square transforms into a bustling bazaar with over 200 stands offering everything from fresh produce to artisanal foods, flowers, and crafts. It's a perfect spot to experience Berlin's local food culture and community atmosphere.

Watch Women's Euro at BRLO
BRLO is a Berlin brewery and restaurant known for its craft beers, modern casual food, and relaxed atmosphere. They regularly screen major sports events, with big screens set up both inside and outside. The Charlottenburg location is a calmer choice for football nights, offering a mix of local fans and international visitors.

Go to Open Air Cinema at Freiluftkino Kreuzberg
There's something really special about watching a movie outdoors, under the stars, with the buzz of the city in the background. Whether it's an indie gem or a big blockbuster, Berlin's open-air cinemas turn a simple film night into a summer memory. It's cozy, a bit nostalgic, and such a great way to slow down and enjoy the warm evenings with friends or on your own.

Read The Berliner Magazine
The Berliner is a local independent magazine that brings Berlin's creative pulse straight to your door. With 10 issues a year, it's the perfect way to stay in the loop with new openings, cultural trends, and hidden gems—without even leaving your couch. Each issue is filled with stories, interviews, and beautifully curated content that reflects the real spirit of the city.

Visit Fotografiska Museum
Fotografiska Berlin is a contemporary photography museum housed in a beautifully restored early 20th-century building in Mitte. It blends bold visual storytelling with social and cultural themes across rotating exhibitions. The space also includes a rooftop café, a thoughtful design shop, and regular events, offering visitors a multi-layered cultural experience in the heart of the city.

Buy Sourdough Bread at KEIT
Berlin has no shortage of great bakeries, especially when it comes to sourdough—but KEIT is easily one of the best. With a few locations across the city, they focus on naturally fermented bread using organic ingredients. We go to their Schöneberg branch, and it's become our favorite stop for weekend bread. If you're into good sourdough and simple, thoughtful baking, it's definitely worth trying.

Eat Pancakes at annelies
annelies is a neighborhood café in the heart of Kreuzberg serving a small but thoughtful breakfast and lunch menu. Their focus is on quality ingredients and simple dishes done well—like their signature buttermilk pancakes or the soft scrambled eggs on sourdough. They serve coffee from La Cabra (Denmark), offer natural wines, and source pastries from Albatross Bakery. Whether you sit inside, on the terrace, or across in Görlitzer Park, it's a relaxed spot that makes slow mornings feel special.
